I teased myself, NOT released yet

I have seen this on many blogs and couldn't wait to read it.  I saw a FREE 5 chapters of this on so I downloaded it as I usually just start with a sample of Kindle books.  Well......... I was hooked ready to go on and guess what, it releases on August 9, 2016.  I have to wait almost 6 weeks, ugggh, I totally teased myself.  I can't wait to figure what the heck happens Behind Closed Doors.

Book Summary

Everyone knows a couple like Jack and Grace. He has looks and wealth, she has charm and elegance. You might not want to like them, but you do.
You’d like to get to know Grace better. But it’s difficult, because you realise Jack and Grace are never apart.
Some might call this true love. Others might ask why Grace never answers the phone. Or how she can never meet for coffee, even though she doesn’t work. How she can cook such elaborate meals but remain so slim. And why there are bars on one of the bedroom windows.

  1. Five chapters is a pretty large freebie to be offered. Usually samples are very short and you barely know what's going on. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I will pass on the sample because if I did like it I would be impatient to want to keep reading on. I'll wait for the release date instead :)

    1. If I had realized it wasn't released, I never would have read the long sample Rita, it was so good.

  3. I thought Behind Closed Doors was released around February this year. I got a copy of the book early March and it was not ARC. Its quite an interesting and fast read though.

    1. Are you sure it wasn't a ARC? I wonder if it released in the UK first??? Anyway, the tension building was so good, I can't wait to read it. I am adding to my calendar so I remember the release date.

  5. Oh man! This sounds great. I can't believe you have to wait so long. As tempting as those sample chapters are, I'll restrain myself.
