Sad books recommended by BTT members
The Book Thief, The Last Bridge, Tomato Girl and Cliffs of Despair.
I have been away for work and just to busy to blog and keep up with BTT and friends blogs. I am currently reading The Glass Castle, a beautifully written memoir of a girl telling us about her dysfunctional family and the journey. So sad but she is amazingly strong.

What's in your Cup of Tea?
I found this and had to laugh, it is produced by a German company. Who would you like to see on the edge of your Tea Cup? ;-)
I would choose David Beckham, yummmy.

Booking through Thursday - Recent Enjoyable

What’s the most enjoyable, most fun, most just-darn-entertaining book you’ve read recently?
(Mind you, this doesn’t necessarily mean funny, since we covered that already. Just … GOOD.)
Have a great day everyone.
My answer would have to be Secrets of a shoe addict. - I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It made me laugh, the entertainment was the naughty kind of cute you dream about getting into but really don't think you will.
It is about some PTA friends that realise what happens in Vegas "doesn't " stay in Vegas and what they do to try and forget and move on. Very entertaining with a few laughs. This was also my BTT fluff pick.
Tell me what is yours and join BTT. Deb always comes up with something great.

Booking Through Thursday - Late
posted by --Deb at Booking Through Thursday - What’s the most informative book you’ve read recently?
Not exactly in the informative category but this story at times felt like it could be Non Fiction also. A beautiful and sad story of a woman realising something is wrong - she has alzeimers. The day to day changes of how it affected her and her family. Written beautifully.

Nova Scotia is Beautiful
We are in Nova Scotia for a wedding and it is beautiful, all the lakes, the sunshine and the weather is gorgeous, I am not freezing my butt off but actually am wearing short sleeve.
So we went to Peggy's Cove - no one told me what it was so of course I had my heels on, lol. My toddler had me crawling all over the rocks, people were looking at me like I was crazy.
The lighthouse, the water, the rocks, just a magical site of nature.
If you ever go Nova Scotia, Canada I highly recommend going to Peggy's Cove.

Booking Through Thursday - Big
If you love books come play along.
Recent Big September 3, 2009 What’s the biggest book you’ve read recently? (Feel free to think “big” as size, or as popularity, or in any other way you care to interpret.)
My answer would be The Time Traveler's Wife BUT I was not a fan. It was big in popularity and big in size and for me it was a BIG not my cup of tea. I do look forward to the movie though as the concept I was intrigued by.
The Big book I would like to recommend though is The Firefly Lane, a great friendship book starting from teenagers. The chapters were sorted by 70's, 80's, 90's and then....... A big book but such an easy read.

Anti Gravity Yoga
I am so excited to try this out. What do you think?
As unlikely as it sounds, converts of 'AntiGravity Yoga' say the technique enables them to reach positions other exercises can't reach, leading to a better all-round work-out.
Participants use a hammock suspended from the ceiling to carry out yoga, pilates and dance moves while defying gravity.
It is becoming more and more popular, the new fitness exercise to get addicted. I will have to let you know what I think about, will try next week.
